Psychosynthesis offers a framework in which to explore our inner and outer worlds, it is gentle and inclusive in it's approach. It encourages us to find ways of connecting to what we value, and how to express this in our lives; enhances our ability to make choices and take action on those choices; and helps us to find ways to respond to difficulties creatively and compassionately. The focus of sessions is on working collaboratively and the relationship is often the foundation of the work.
